Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be initiated within a week of booking. A full refund will be provided to the participants if we receive the request within a week of the booking.
Cancellations after a week will be charged 50% of the booking value as our makers. Incase of cancellation before a month of event the 100% of booking amount is Non Refundable.
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the event by Jubilant Coimbatore Foundation a cancellation notification will be sent to your email address. If we cancel any booking, full refund will be provided and the paid amount will refund within 7–10 business days.
For cancelling a booking, the request must be made only through email: support@jubilanttamilnadu.com. Requests made through social media, phone calls, and WhatsApp will not be considered unless or until the participants get a response from us on the particular channel.
Transfer of booking to another participant/company may be allowed upon written request, subject to approval by the Jubilant Coimbatore Foundation.
The organizer shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure, delay, cancellation, or modification of the event due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to
- Acts of God (flood, fire, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters)
- War, terrorism, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, or industrial disputes
- Government orders, laws, or restrictions
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Power failure, internet outage, or technical breakdown outside the organizer’s control
In the event of a Force Majeure, the organizer reserves the right to:
- Reschedule or postpone the event to a later date, or
- Adjust the participant’s booking for a future event.
No refunds will be provided under Force Majeure circumstances.
