Cancellation requests should be initiated within a week of booking. A full refund will be provided to the participants if we receive the request within a week of the booking.
Cancellations after a week will be charged 50% of the booking value as our makers. Incase of cancellation before a month of event the 100% of booking amount is Non Refundable.
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of the event by Jubilant Coimbatore Foundation a cancellation notification will be sent to your email address. If we cancel any booking, full refund will be provided and the paid amount will refund within 7–10 business days.
For cancelling a booking, the request must be made only through email: support@jubilanttamilnadu.com. Requests made through social media, phone calls, and WhatsApp will not be considered unless or until the participants get a response from us on the particular channel.
Transfer of booking to another participant/company may be allowed upon written request, subject to approval by the Jubilant Coimbatore Foundation.
